• No ownership rights are transferred to You under this License.

5. Liability

• The Artist shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the digital work.

6. Miscellaneous

• This License constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Artist regarding the use of the digital work.
• If any provision of this License is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

By downloading the digital work, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this License.
