Artist Bio
Lohan Le Galloudec (b. 1993, France) is a multidisciplinary artist working across illustration, photography, sound and writing. He co-runs the independent labels EYESOME and Lo-Fi Clouds and works as a sound engineer. He has composed bass music for 15 years and lo-fi hip-hop for 5 years, releasing under the monikers 'High Dude' and 'Gakusha'.
In 2024 he completed a socio-historical PhD in Aesthetics and Art Sciences at Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris), focusing on U.S. hip-hop culture. The same year he began working nomadically from a vintage Mercedes van, building a mobile studio to develop images, words and music while living close to nature.
His practice explores where technology meets the natural world, producing surreal, playful works that invite contemplation and warmth.

Artist Statement
The core of my approach lies at the intersection of technology and the natural world, where I explore the possibilities of both to create surreal, whimsical and colorful artworks. My illustrations are built from writings, photos and adventures on the road, then resolved in the studio through generative tools and digital painting. Each series is paired with its own narrative.
In a world that can feel bleak and uncertain, my philosophy is grounded in optimism and hope — curiosity, play and quiet attention. I use art as a vehicle for inspiring and uplifting those who encounter it, inviting them to join me on a journey of discovery and wonder.
