Where the Wind Whisper

The islanders call it Oru-Mal, « The Standing Remnant. » Once, an entire kingdom stood at its base. A civilization of scholars, dreamers, and seafarers who built their temples around the rock. But they are gone now. Not destroyed. Not conquered.

Simply… gone.

No ruins remain. No bones. No artifacts. Only the monolith stands, untouched, as if the sea itself swallowed their world and left this one piece behind.

Sailors who pass by say that when the sun sets and the sky turns to fire, you can hear voices in the wind—chanting in a language long forgotten. Some believe the kingdom still exists, hidden just beyond sight, forever trapped in the reflection of the water.
